Every homeowner has a story about the way they came to live in their home. Through a serendipitous chain of events, the owners of this classic home secured a diamond in the rough in the heart of a charming treelined street for their family of five.

The historic structure and intimate rooms of this timeless Tudor provided the perfect foundation for a streamlined, modern remodel. Large enough for entertaining but scaled for cozy moments hanging out as a family, each detail was selected by Caitlin Creer Interiors to keep up with the demands of an active and stylish (yet practical) family with three young daughters.
Within a week of moving in in March 2020, this typically on-the-go family found themselves at home more than they ever anticipated with the onset of COVID-19 related stay at home orders. They felt lucky to be in their finished home right in time, which provided a comforting backdrop for working from home, homeschooling, cooking, reading and exploring their backyard which backs up to a nature reserve with a creek.
With a neutral palette of slate, gray, navy and white, lots of natural woods and simple modern touches, architectural features like stunning arches are punctuated by interesting light fixtures, custom cabinetry and bespoke furnishings.
